Last week I had the privilige to represent RISE and Sweden at the launch of the UNESCO chair for Foresight, Anticipation and Strategic decision in Tunisia.
Among other things, I participated in a thought-provoking workshop on possible futures projects, discussing the importance of youth in Tunisia. I also took part in production of a documentary where I got to speak about my vision for citizen influence over societal development, important themes in META.
All in all, it was a very inspiring and powerful commitment to the field of futures and future studies, and an example of international cooperation at it’s best. I am thankful to the organisers for a great event!
